Our group classes are tailored to accommodate various fitness levels, from beginners to advanced, enabling our members to push their limits and surpass their expectations. Each session is uniquely crafted to maintain an engaging and enjoyable atmosphere, and our First Class Athletic coaches will be with you throughout the class pushing, guiding and motivating you whilst maintaining a safe environment.

Within our facility we also offer: Group Classes, Junior Classes, Open Gym, Small Group PT sessions, 1 on 1 Personal Training sessions, Online Coaching and Challenges.

STRENGTH
 

Throughout this class we dedicate our attention to building an individual's strength. The class aims to progressively boost your strength, power, and muscular endurance. We focus on strength fundamentals using a range of equipment, compound movements and progressive overload. 

The ultimate payoff extends beyond gym performance, positively influencing your capabilities in day-to-day life

PERFORMANCE

PERFORMANCE class is a full body workout which consists of various conditioning styles and interval times. Using a mix of cardio machines, weighted, and body weight exercises.

This class is designed to test, increase, and build an individual's aerobic and anaerobic energy system helping them maximise performance.

HYBRID
Mix of Strength & Performance

This class involves aspects of  both our strength and performance class to give you the ultimate feeling of building lean muscle, shedding excess fat, increasing your aerobic and anaerobic energy system, and producing feel good endorphins to carry you throughout your day.

PARTNER / TEAMS

PARTNER / TEAM based class where individuals can bring a friend for FREE to join them in a strength, conditioning or hybrid workout. These workouts will range in variety from: working together to reach a particular goal, motivating, competing or providing assistance in completing a range of different exercises/movements.

JUNIORS
between 12 - 17yrs

Our juniors class is a class for 12-17 year olds that are interested in health, sport and fitness, educating and learning how to safely and effectively complete a range of movements in the gym, and make new friends along the way. Juniors sessions will be a range of strength, cardio and hybrid classes.

OPEN GYM

Open gym times are for any member, or casual visitor, wishing to come by and work out during their free time, and workout their own way.

Open gym does not follow a workout plan, and are outside our group class hours. Although open gym does not have a workout plan for our members and visitors to follow, a coach will be available should you need, and at request, can provide you with the workout of the day to follow at your own pace.

1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

Our 1 on 1 personal training option is for those who prefer working closely with our coaches to maximise their results.

This is a great option for those who are wanting to add an additional push to their existing workout regime, an add-on for our group class regulars, those who are first timers in a gym environment and would like to build confidence, and those who require form correction and coaching.

Our 1 on 1 sessions range from 30 minute to 45 minute sessions. Timing can be requested by yourself, or recommended by our coaches based on your individual goals.

ONLINE COACHING

Access an online program, nutrition and coaching advice via our First Class Athletic app to complete during open gym hours, at a gym of your choice, or from the comfort of your own home.


You will be provided with your personal login details, which will grant you access to your personalised program - generally in 4-6 week blocks, depending on your goals - nutrition advice, personalised caloric and macro intake goals, 24/7 access to a chat to reach your coach, and a range of app-only functions such as time stamped photographs to keep track of your progress, measurement functions, sleep tracking and goals, amongst many more.

Your coach will provide feedback, suggestions and check-in with your goals, and make amendments accordingly.
Our online coaching option is 100% personalised and tailored to you, and we will be there for you and work closely together throughout the process to achieve your desired goals.
